Return Process

  Securely place the gadget in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
